Second reason for resolutions challenge

January 31st seems like a good time to update as there is evidence that that majority of intentions declared in the first week of January have been left by the wayside as the month closes. So, as one gets started on a fitness/training routine, then gets slammed with a cold, the final challenge is to get back into the routine only to be faced with filled classes, cancelled sessions, and other barriers that make you want to say “to heck with it” and book a trip to the sun. In fact, that is exactly what we have done. Arriba!
