As we prepare for an upcoming road trip with our bikes strapped to our camper van (“Van Gogh”), we are reactivating this blog as a way of inviting our family and friends to follow along.

Departure date is scheduled for October 19th. Our plans begin with a drive to Newport Beach, California where Michaela will present at the Technology, Media and Child Development conference at the University of California, Irvine. Who knows where we will find ourselves after the conference, but probably on our bikes in some national park or byway.  Stay tuned…
